Canadian pivots focus on preparation for the 2027 campaign
BROWNSBURG, IN – Exclusive Autosport’s Anthony Martella will take the next step in his promising career by moving up to USF Pro 2000 for the remainder of the 2026 USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire season. The 17-year-old Canadian has enjoyed an impressive USF2000 campaign, establishing himself as a consistent front-runner with three victories, multiple podium finishes and strong performances across a variety of circuits.
His speed, race craft and continued development throughout the season have demonstrated that he is ready to embrace the next challenge on the USF Pro Championships ladder. The transition will allow Martella to gain valuable experience in the faster, more powerful USF Pro 2000 car while learning the demands of the next level, with EA's support at every turn.
With his focus firmly on the future, the remaining rounds of 2026 will serve as an important opportunity to begin building a strong foundation and prepare for a full USF Pro 2000 campaign in 2027. Martella made his USF Pro 2000 debut earlier this year at the Grand Prix of Arlington, finishing seventh in Race 1, and will compete this weekend at the Milwaukee Mile alongside INDYCAR.
