Persistence paid off today at the historic Milwaukee Mile as Thomas Schrage, from Bethel, Ohio, led throughout the VP Racing Grand Prix of Milwaukee to secure his first USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire victory in style. It was also a well-deserved first win of the season for TJ Speed Motorsports.

USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire will return to the historic Milwaukee Mile race track this weekend for the first time since 2014. The 45-minute VP Racing Grand Prix of Milwaukee will run on Saturday afternoon, August 29, in support of an NTT INDYCAR SERIES doubleheader.

Jack Jeffers, from San Antonio, Texas, led throughout this afternoon’s shortened USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire race on the brand-new street circuit in Markham, Ont., Canada. Jeffers’ third win of the season for Exclusive Autosport enabled him to slip back into the championship points lead with four races remaining this season.

The top two levels on the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire open-wheel driver development ladder will make their annual pilgrimage north of the border this week, but with a twist.
