USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire points leader Lochie Hughes celebrated his fifth win of the season at the Continental Tire Grand Prix of Toronto after claiming his fourth pole position for the start of Race 2 on the city streets.

Turn 3 Motorsport driver Danny Dyszelski showed great speed on the Streets of Toronto, earning a pole position in race one, but bad luck prevented him from bringing home the results to show for it.

Liam Sceats earned a podium finish for TJ Speed Motorsports on the streets of Toronto.

Lochie Hughes this morning took a big step toward his ultimate goal of winning this year’s USF Pro 2000 championship title by virtue of dominating the second leg of the Continental Tire Grand Prix of Toronto for Turn 3 Motorsport.

A dramatic first-corner incident in this afternoon’s USF Pro 2000 Continental Tire Grand Prix of Toronto involved two of the top three championship contenders and allowed last year’s USF2000 champion Simon Sikes to pounce and ultimately claim his second victory of the season for Pabst Racing.
