HOMESTEAD, Fla. -- Three more test sessions today concluded the USF Pro 2000 Spring Training test sessions prior to the opening races of the season next month at the Grand Prix of Arlington. Christian Cameron’s best time from yesterday, 1:20.8493, remained as the best lap overall.

Cameron, from Sonoma, Calif., once again made an excellent impression by pacing the final session of the day despite running older tires as he continues to gain valuable seat time.

“I've got quite comfortable in the car and working with the team,” said Cameron. “They always work hard, 100 percent, all day long and give  you what you need to perform. Now we are getting ready and focusing on Arlington."

The best time today was set by Frankie Mossman, from Newport Beach, Calif., who paced the middle session for VRD Racing with a time of 1:20.8990 – almost identical to his best from Tuesday.

Andres Cardenas, from Lima, Peru, also impressed, quickest of all in the first session this morning with a time of 1:20.9353 for JHDD powered by ECR.

Remarkably, the top 10 drivers had all posted laps within just over two tenths of a second at the conclusion of two days and over five hours of track time on the 2.21-mile road course.

G3 Argyros, also from Newport Beach, Calif., jumped to fourth quickest overall for Pabst Racing in the second session today, followed on the final charts by Teddy Musella (VRD Racing), from Orlando, Fla.

Jacob Douglas, from Christchurch, New Zealand, in a second Pabst car, ended the week fifth ahead of last year’s USF Juniors champion Leonardo Escorpioni, from Windermere, Fla., who gained another taste of a USF Pro 2000 car with Turn 3 Motorsport before switching his sights to USF2000 next week on the streets of St. Petersburg, Fla.

JT Hoskins (JHDD powered by ECR), from Sarasota, Fla., reigning USF2000 champion Jack Jeffers (Exclusive Autosport), from San Antonio, Texas, and Sebastian Manson (Turn 3 Motorsport), from Auckland, New Zealand, completed the top 10.
