WEST ALLIS, Wis. – Exclusive Autosport showed strong pace throughout the USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire VP Racing Grand Prix of Milwaukee weekend at the Milwaukee Mile with Evan Cooley, Anthony Martella, Jack Jeffers and Joey Brienza all steadily building speed at the historic racetrack. After Saturday rain pushed the 75-lap USF Pro 2000 race to Sunday, Cooley led the way for the team from his outside pole starting position, bringing home a stellar third-place podium finish in his first oval race in the series. Martella was also making his USF Pro 2000 oval debut, and he was strong all weekend, finishing fifth ahead of Jeffers, who maintains a 17-point championship lead heading to the season finale at Road America in late September. Brienza finished 14th after running as high as ninth.

“It was a really strong weekend for the team at Milwaukee, especially with Evan and Anthony both making their USF Pro 2000 oval debuts and immediately showing consistently strong pace running at the top of the time charts each session,” said Michael Duncalfe, Co-Owner and CEO. “Evan did a fantastic job to qualify on the front row and bring home his first Pro 2000 podium, and Anthony was impressive all weekend as well. Jack battled through a difficult race and, most importantly, we leave Milwaukee with the championship lead intact. Joey had another solid weekend and continued his development behind the wheel. Now our focus is fully on Road America and doing everything we can to finish the season with a championship.” 

The weekend began on Friday with a pair of 30-minute practice sessions around the 1.015-mile Milwaukee oval. Cooley immediately set the pace for Exclusive Autosport, topping the opening session before finishing second in Practice 2. Jeffers also remained near the front with second- and fourth-place finishes, while Martella posted the fourth- and sixth-fastest times as he continued to adjust to the USF Pro 2000 car. Brienza completed 97 laps across the two sessions, placing ninth in the opener and 13th later in the afternoon as the EA Squad gathered valuable data ahead of Saturday morning’s qualifying session.

The team returned on Saturday morning after a solid practice day for a single-car two-lap qualifying session, with Cooley leading the team by posting the second fastest lap to secure the outside of the front row. Martella qualified fourth, while Jeffers secured sixth and Brienza 10th. The team then prepared for Saturday afternoon’s 75-lap race, but persistent rain delayed the schedule, leaving the drivers and crew waiting for conditions to improve. With the weather refusing to cooperate, USF Pro Championships officials ultimately called off the remainder of the day and postponed the race until Sunday afternoon.

After a long wait, the postponed 75-lap race finally went green on Sunday afternoon in between the two NTT INDYCAR SERIES races and ran uninterrupted from the green flag to the checkered flag. Starting from the outside of the front row, Cooley delivered a strong and composed drive to earn his first USF Pro 2000 podium with a third-place finish. Martella completed an impressive weekend in fifth, while Jeffers brought home a sixth-place result to maintain a 17-point advantage in the championship standings. Brienza crossed the line in 14th to complete the race for the EA Squad.

Exclusive Autosport will now enjoy a three-week break before heading to Road America for the 2026 season finale on September 24-26.

Qualifying: 2nd – 27.136

Race: Start – 2nd / Finish – 3rd  

Driver Quote: “It was a great race overall for my first oval in USF Pro 2000. I want to give a huge thanks to the team. The car was really fast from the moment we unloaded off the trailer. I settled into third at the race start and was just saving tires, hoping for a yellow, but that didn't happen. I tapped the wall a little bit later in the race, so just managing to bring it home in third is a really great result. I gained a lot of experience this weekend, and I'm excited to take what I've learned into next year.”

Qualifying: 10th – 27.481

Race: Start – 11th / Finish – 14th  

Driver Quote: “My first time at the Milwaukee Mile is done, and it was an incredible track and an incredibly enjoyable oval. Unfortunately, the results didn’t fall our way, but we fought to the end. Race: Start – 6th / Finish – 6th   

Driver Quote: “Overall, it was a bit of a challenging weekend at the Milwaukee Mile. We had a strong pace going into the race; however, debris covered my engine’s air intake at some point during the 75 laps, causing a significant loss of power and making it difficult to fight for the result we wanted. Now it’s time to put our heads down, focus on the work ahead, and give everything we have to finish the season strong.
