Rookie earns his first career USF Pro 2000 victory at the Grand Prix of Arlington
ARLINGTON, Texas – Exclusive Autosport experienced a weekend of resilience and redemption at the inaugural Grand Prix of Arlington, which hosted the opening rounds of the USF Pro 2000 Presented by Continental Tire championship. The race weekend was highlighted by a dominant Race 2 victory for rookie Jack Jeffers, who added a pair of pole positions to begin his USF Pro Championships Presented by Continental Tire campaign. Jeffers set the tone early for the EA squad by claiming pole position for both Race 1 and Race 2, showcasing impressive speed on the challenging 2.73-mile, 14-turn street circuit in his home state of Texas. Additional top-10 drives were delivered by Evan Cooley, Anthony Martella and Joey Brienza as Exclusive Autosport fielded five cars at the event.
“This weekend really showcased the character and depth of our team,” said Michael Duncalfe, Co-Owner and CEO. “Race 1 was a tough one after leading most of the way, but Jack and the entire crew regrouped and responded with a commanding performance in Race 2. To see him take his first USF Pro 2000 win in his rookie weekend, along with two pole positions, really speaks to his preparation and talent. We also saw a fantastic drive from Evan to finish fourth (in Race 2) after working his way through the field, Joey battling forward to a top-10 finish in Race 1, and Anthony making some very impressive charges through the field across the weekend. It was an uncharacteristically challenging weekend for Mac, but he showed strong pace throughout, and we know he will bounce back as we move deeper into the season. Overall, it was a strong team effort and gives us a lot of confidence heading into the next rounds of the USF 2000 Championship. ”
Race 1 on Saturday morning proved to be a heartbreaker for the team, as Jeffers led a majority of the race only before a late spin dropped him down the order. Amidst the chaos, Martella rose to the occasion and delivered one of the standout drives of the race, charging from 20th on the grid to finish a stellar seventh. Brienza also produced a strong drive, moving forward from 19th to secure a top-10 finish. The second race of the weekend, run on Saturday afternoon, offered Exclusive Autosport an opportunity for redemption. Jeffers converted his pole position into a commanding victory, leading from green to checkered, controlling the race throughout to earn a memorable win for the team. Cooley also delivered an excellent performance, slicing his way through the field from deep on the grid to finish an impressive fourth.
Unfortunately, luck was not on the side of Brienza, Martella or Clark in the final race, as each encountered setbacks that prevented them from capitalizing on their pace. Martella needed to pit early for damage from a lap one pile-up, but he drove back forward into the top 10, only to be hit with a penalty that left him with a 14th-place finish.
Despite the mixed results, the Arlington weekend showed the strength and determination of the Exclusive Autosport lineup, with standout drives throughout the field and a race win to celebrate. After the opening rounds, Jeffers sits third in points, while both Cooley and Martella are in the top 10 as well. The team will now regroup, take the positives from Arlington, and continue building momentum as the USF Pro 2000 season moves on to their next event, which will take place May 7-9 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the track’s road course for Rounds 3 and 4 of the 18-round championship.

Driver Quote: “It was a good redemption race. That's what we were looking for. We were able to start on pole again and get out front, manage to lead a little bit in the beginning, and then pull a gap and control the race from there. That was the whole objective because we know we've had the speed all weekend. It was a positive race, walking away with a win after the mistake in Race 1 that cost us ultimately the win. Yeah, it's a good redemption Thank you to Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, USF Pro Championships, everybody at EA, Michael and Kimberly Duncalfe, Josh Cooley, Braden Eves, Ed Nathman, Louis D’Agostino and my mechanics, Dany and Remington; the whole team has done amazing work. A huge thank you to Alycia for keeping my head on straight, being moral support, and having my back. And of course, a huge thank you to my parents and family, as always, for their continued support.”

Massive thanks to the whole exclusive Autosport crew for helping me get to grips with the Pro car, as well as Josh Cooley and Michael Duncalfe for all their support as well. Big thanks to our partners at NIN transport and my parents for all their love and support. Ready to get back at it in the month of May in USF2000!”

Race 2: Start – 9th / Finish – 19th (Contact)
Driver Quote: “Arlington was a tough weekend results-wise, but there were a lot of positives to take away. After a difficult qualifying, we showed really strong race pace and were able to charge forward in both races before contact limited our finish in Race 1 and a forced retirement in Race 2. It was incredible to be back competing again. The event and street circuit around AT&T Stadium were absolutely amazing. I’m very grateful to Exclusive Autosport, as well as my partners Clubine Motorsports and TNG Exotics, and everyone who makes this program possible. I’m also incredibly thankful for the support of the Road to Racing program. We’ll take the speed and the things we learned, keep working, and come back stronger — I’m confident we’ll be right back fighting at the front in May.”
