Top-five finishes highlighted by late-race recoveries maintain momentum

Donegan adds podium in USF2000 while Malukas and Sowery dominate Pro Mazda

Andersen Promotions, which oversees the entire Mazda Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires, confirmed today that the eighth annual Chris Griffis Memorial Open Test will take place at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Grand Prix road course on the weekend of September 22/23.

A fourth Green Savoree Racing Promotions’ subsidiary has been proudly added to the growing relationship between the company and Cooper Tires, which will now support the Grand Prix of Portland, set for Aug. 31-Sept. 2.

After dominating both USF2000 races at Road America last year, Rinus VeeKay had high hopes coming back to the picturesque circuit in the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires this weekend. While not able to repeat last year’s performance, the talented Dutchman was able to come away with two top-five finishes to move up to second place in the championship standings.
