    Juncos Racing drivers José Gutiérrez and Spencer Pigot each took home top-five finishes in Rounds 10 and 11 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Juncos Racing remains in the lead for the championship with driver Spencer Pigot leading the driver’s championship with three races left to go this season.

    banner weekend for Palmetto, Fla.-based Team Pelfrey saw Brazilian driver Nicolas Costa claim a victory and a second-place finish in the Cooper Tires Pro Mazda Grand Prix at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. In Wampum, Pa., 140 miles or so to the east, rising Norwegian star Ayla Agren swept both rounds of the F1600 Championship Series in her Energima/Women’s Sports Foundation/Team Pelfrey Mygale-Honda.

  • Grist, Andretti Autosport Pounce at Mid-Ohio For Second Win

    The 19-year-old from Grimsby, Ont., Canada pounced at the rolling start, moving alongside front row starters Nicolas Costa and Kyle Kaiser on the drag race toward Turn Four before taking the lead with a bold maneuver to secure the inside line – and the lead – into Turn Six.
