The 24-year-old Wisconsin native competed in the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda last season, finishing third in the championship standings with 11 podiums and a win at Barber Motorsports Park

The 21-year-old Australian comes to the U.S. fresh off a second-place finish in the 2015 Formula Masters China series, where he earned three wins and seven podiums in 10 starts. Parsons talks about growing up in a family of racers, his love of martial arts and why going from summer in Australia to winter in Indianapolis will be no big deal.

Upon completion of the Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship Powered by Mazda and the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires finales at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca in early September, Cape Motorsport with Wayne Taylor Racing wrapped up their 2015 racing season, which was yet another stellar effort for the squad.
