M1 Racing surprised the junior formula car ranks today by announcing that it will field a car for rising star Nicolas Costa in the season-opening doubleheader for the Pro Mazda Championship presented by Cooper Tires March 29-30 on the street circuit at St. Petersburg, Fla.

Paralyzed racer Michael Johnson and his team JDC MotorSports will again support nonprofit organization Wheelchairs 4 Kids during the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg, the season opener for the 2014 Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires.
