JDC MotorSports is excited to confirm American Michael Johnson will be making the move up the Mazda Road to Indy ladder in 2014, contesting the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires. The Michigan native, who becomes the first paralyzed racer in series history, is poised to make his mark, having developed his skills with the Minnesota-based team for the past two years in the USF2000 Championship.

Pro Mazda Championship's 2013 Champion Matthew Brabham will pilot the United Fiber & Data/MAZDASPEED car with Andretti Autosport for the 2014 Indy Lights season. The 19-year-old from Boca Raton, FL garnered 13 wins and 15 podium finishes during the 2013 season - both new series records - clinching the title at the Grand Prix of Trois-Rivieres in August.

The World Speed Motorsports team has returned to Sonoma after a tough double header at The Grand Prix of Houston at Reliant Park last weekend.
