Rising Star Racing drivers Spencer Pigot and Neil Alberico will be back in Pro Mazda presented by Cooper Tires race action this weekend at Mid-Ohio as the duo returns from a brief break in the 2014 schedule for a double header event.

Even for guys who get to chase their dreams and dedicate their entire life to racing, a little bit of a break can be a good thing. This weekend’s big Verizon IndyCar Series race weekend at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course will feature both the IndyCar and Pro Mazda presented by Cooper Tires series in action, and all three Rising Star Racing drivers are rested and ready to get back to competition after a bit of a break between races.

There were mixed fortunes for Andretti Autosport pair Garett Grist and Shelby Blackstock in Round 11 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Grist scored his second win while Blackstocjk's race was over almost before it had begun.

Juncos Racing is gearing up for the 2014 Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires this weekend, August 1-3, with a doubleheader at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. Juncos Racing leads the team championship while Spencer Pigot leads the driver championship with only five races to go in the 2014 season.

Back to where she made her first career start in the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires, Julia Ballario looks forward to her return to the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with Rounds 10 and 11 this weekend. The 2.258-mile, 13-turn natural-terrain road course located in Lexington, Ohio features multiple elevation changes and both fast and technical corners.
