Rising American star Spencer Pigot has a busy season ahead of him. In addition to his primary campaign, which has brought victory in each of the first four rounds of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires for Juncos Racing, 20-year-old Pigot also will contest the Ultra 94 Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Canada by Michelin with defending champion team Alegra Motorsports.

They've been dreaming about it all their lives, but they really don't know what to expect. That's the situation facing M1 Racing's three drivers and their fellow competitors this week prior to the first Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires races ever on the redesigned road course at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway at 4:30 p.m. Friday and 12:10 p.m. Saturday.

Coming off their fourth win of the season, Juncos Racing is ready for Rounds 5 and 6 of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The inaugural Grand Prix of Indianapolis will be held on the 2.439-mile road course at the world famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

California open-wheel formula car frontrunner Neil Alberico was in Alabama this past weekend (April 26-27) as he contested rounds three and four of the Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires. The Cape Motorsports with Wayne Taylor Racing driver ventured from his West Coast home in Redlands, Calif., to tackle the beautiful Barber Motorsports Park with the goal of improving on his results from the season opening event in St. Petersburg in March.

The 2014 Pro Mazda Championship Presented by Cooper Tires season resumed this past weekend (April 25-27) for JDC MotorSports as the three-time series championship squad fielded four rookie drivers at the Grand Prix of Alabama. The majestic and challenging Barber Motorsports Park played host to a double-round event for the series’ first visit to the Leeds, Alabama circuit. Ryan Booth led the four-car effort, securing a pair of top-10 finishes, while Kyle Connery came up just short. Michael Johnson and Vicky Piria may not have garnering the results they desired, but improving their pace with each session and becoming more familiar with the operations of the JDC was certainly accomplished.
